[h=5]Our mn twins have the worst home record in all of baseball, the last 2 years. and still they plan NO major changes, way to treat all the people who helped support target field being built . its as bad as a ponzy scheme, pohlads and the twins should be ashamed what they have done, care about one thing $$$$$$$. im done with em!!![/h]

And give up the excellent turkey sandwiches they sell at the park? Those things are good!
IdahoPilgrim Provisional Member Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 Here we go! Aussie power!
glunn Community Moderator Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 I am totally pulling for Hendriks today to get his first major league win, and for Herrmann to have a great debut.
glunn Community Moderator Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 A Plouffe home run would also be nice.

In fairness, the Pohlads did pony up for a 2nd jumbotron to further distract from the product on the field.
Lesser Dali Provisional Member Posted September 19, 2012 Posted September 19, 2012 The Twins' DH is really playing like he wants a batting title.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Oakland helping Miggy. Intentional walk.

IdahoPilgrim Provisional Member Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 What was that about Florimon being our starting SS in camp next year? Is that carved in stone?

glunn Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Hendriks appears to be on track for his first win -- let's hope that the bullpen does not blow it for him.
snepp Verified Member Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Wow, that was an awful call. Good for Mauer though.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 20, 2012 Author Posted September 20, 2012 Another single for Mauer, another run for the Twins, and getting close to locking down Hendriks' first win... Good night overall.
kydoty Verified Member Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Gardy will be ejected in about 10 seconds if they call him out.
TwinVike61 Provisional Member Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 This has been a fun game to listen to with Hendricks in line for his first "big league" win, Willingham padding his resume with a 4 for 4 night (so far), Carroll almost hit his 2nd homer in 4 years. I have a question though. For those who listen on Gameday, does it seem like Chris Atterbury (who is doing the broadcast with Cory Provos tonight) always has his microphone gain set way too high so it distorts.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 20, 2012 Author Posted September 20, 2012 Jesus, Miggy with another homer. Sitting at 1-2 for the night with 2 BB. He's on fire. I'd be shocked if he loses the MVP at this point. Trout is fading fast and Miggy has turned into a monster.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 20, 2012 Author Posted September 20, 2012 Cabrera's post All-Star numbers: July: 1.086 OPSAugust: 1.092 OPSSeptember: 1.223 OPS Christ, those numbers are Bonds-ian.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 20, 2012 Author Posted September 20, 2012 Did they take away Mauer's hit and the run? What the hell is going on here?
snepp Verified Member Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 Did they take away Mauer's hit and the run? Yes.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 20, 2012 Author Posted September 20, 2012 I wouldn't have blamed Hendriks for walking out of the stadium and hopping on a plane back to Australia if Robertson gave away that lead.
mhanson93 Verified Member Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 I know "wins" is an overrated stat, but I'm happy for Liam...
