mlbpipeline ranks the Twins system

No Randy Rosario. I am surprised how little steam he has. A young lefty with a good arm should get some mentions. Twins added him to the 40 man but the national guys aren't talking about him.

I agree with the write up on Walker.     Strengths and Flaws - especially the  (tentative not arm strength part)

Nice list. An interesting note on the Gonsalves write up suggests that a lot of teams tried to see if the Twins were willing to part with him.

I suspect the trade interest in Gonsalves may have been due more to him being in a class of prospect that is often tradeable, rather than a sign of him being a really great prospect. In other words, teams probably felt they had zero chance to acquire anyone higher on this list. I remember the Mets gave up a prospect sometimes compared to Gonsalves for Tyler Clippard at the deadline last year, so if the Twins talked relief trade then and through the winter, I suspect Gonsalves name came up.

Not that I have anything against Gonsalves, mind you.

Agreed. Huge disconnect there. Twins clearly see some serious potential in him as they lost Zach Jones just to remove any (probably not large) risk he would be taken in the Rule 5.
