I'm running errands so I only know what I see in the MLB app which shows the Pirates up 1-0 after one inning

Is this game being televised or broadcast via radio somewhere? ESPN doesn't do its usual regular season running boxscore, just a linescore.

The Twins tied the game, I will assume it was a 650 ft home run from Sano.

Looks like a garden-variety wall scraper from the MLB Gameday site.

The Twins aren't broadcasting it.  I'm listening on the MLB app and it's only the Pirates broadcast.

Also, you are correct about Sano launching a homer, off of Garret Cole.  They did not mention how far it was.

A couple of walks for Meyer with a k in 1.2, Salcedo bailed him out.  He's done a nice job this spring.

This is for anyone who has seen him throw this spring..... Is Salcedo going to be that emergent and entirely unexpected sleeper in the pen at some point in 2015?

Any news from the b game?

Some good news.

Before the Twins played a Grapefruit League game against the Pirates at McKechnie Field on Monday afternoon, both clubs played in a six-inning "B" game at Pittsburgh's Minor League complex.

On the offensive side, second baseman Jorge Polanco connected on a solo homer, while non-roster invitee Shane Robinson went 2-for-3. Byron Buxton, the No. 1 overall prospect by MLB.com, went 1-for-3, while fellow top prospect Miguel Sano, ranked No. 11 by MLB.com, went hitless with an error at third base.

I had a feeling that this game was going to end as a 1 -1 tie.  My feeling was confirmed.

Here's a meaningless stat-line that you're guaranteed not to see in regular season play this season:

Darnell-Hermann-Meneses (@ 3B) on an 8th-inning-ending strike-em-out-throw-em out DP.

I just saw the video of the jack.  It looks like he two-fisted the ball close to 450 feet.  By his own admission, Sano thought it was a routine pop-up- clearly the kid doesn't know his own strength.  (He did have an error in the B game, but this kid is clearly knocking on the door to something special, and soon).

Yup, pretty cool. Balanced out Hicks getting picked off in the top half of the inning.

Florimon was in on that play. And another name leaped out at me while goin' over it: Lombardozzi.

(Now i'm going to watch that homerun video)

Pirates have clearly jumped on the Twins-related-to-Orioles bandwagon as the secret key to success.
