I don't think you can make a pub crawl "alcohol-neutral" By nature a pub crawl is a drink, but don't drive activity.

But it isn't like last year's "Drunk" which was the part that really bothered me.

 

And the last I knew even pubs generally have something non-alcoholic available although I realize that's not what most would order.
