With Pablo López out for the year and David Festa likely starting on the IL, the Twins’ rotation picture has changed fast, even with Joe Ryan and Bailey Ober locked in at the top. Now it’s down to Simeon Woods Richardson, Zebby Matthews, Taj Bradley, and Mick Abel battling for the final three spots. One of them may be better suited for a bullpen role, and the decision could shape how this staff looks not just in April, but all season long.
