I just feel like it might be a different story this offseason. We didn't spend last year with all the money coming off the books. Now there are players on the market with profiles that fit our holes. Were 3 years from contention. Lets just get it done

Highly doubt both. But they both fit what we need. Just need to take a shot. Attendance would be up, it'd create a buzz. Abreu is what some scouts say to be the best hitter to come out of Cuba. That's sayin alot. Tanaka, is a minimum no.3 starter. With upside to be a no. 1. Ill dish out that kind of money to both. We have it to.

I think Tanaka can go with a post fee of 38mil. Contract of 6yr/45. Abreu can get sealed with 6yr/63mil.

I think all indications will continue to point towards the twins going hard after Tanaka and Abreu. they have the financials. 2015/2016 years we are aiming to contend in. Both the player I noted above are players that are young and fit what we need. They have to go get it now.

No. Prospects worth more than Anderson. I'm my opinion

    Who's the impact arm
  7. Cc-twinsball
Final offer. Cubs: Brian Doizer, Aaron Hicks, Travis Harrison, Dalton Hicks Twins: Starlin Castro, Alberto Cabrera

I think that it's a true possibility this offseason. We have the financials to take that on, it's not a ridiculous contract by and means. It solidifies the no.2 hole for 6 years. It makes to much sense.

I'm just not sure. Junior Lake will play second I'm assuming, Javier Baez will play short, and Kris Bryant at third. Then at first there's Anthony Rizzo. I think Castro is odd man out. They might just take on Dozier to be a fill in for a year or so for Lake or Baez. Plus they get prospects. New deal for Castro would be; Brian Dozier, Aaron Hicks, And Travis Harrison (who could move to corner outfield position).

I don't think Theo would want the world. He's not his kind of player anyways. I think a reasonable package I think would be; Brian Dozier, Travis Harrison, and Dalton Hicks. We take on Starlin Castros contract, and I think we could swing a deal.

It's time to throw some money around or the future. for a team looking torwards the future I think Tanaka is what we need. We have the financial resources. Him and Dariel Abreu should be the twins 2 top targets.

Brad Ausmus. Baseball mind, would be a good players coach. just a candidate I think we should consider, if gardy and the twins do move on

A thought. Dozier and package (Harrison, Santanta) for Starlin Castro. Take a shot. They have Baez coming up, he had a down year. Sell low.
