Catcher: mauer 1st baseman: parmelee 2nd: Kelly Johnson (write in) 3rd: Plouffe SS: Florimon OF: Willingham, Revere, Arcia DH: Doumit I just think morneau and span can be moved for some decent pitching and freed up salary. Also I think it's time the twins move in a younger direction and see what some of the prospects can contribute to our beloved Twins.

I have a feeling Roenicke could be a diamond in the rough. away splits are pretty good and we all know that coors field is not a pitchers friend. here's the link to view the splits http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=roenijo01&year=&t=p

I do believe that this team could get younger and better if we traded Mourneau and Span and replaced them in house with Parmalee and Revere. Not only would this possibly give us pitching help (depending on what the twins fetch in return) but it would free up more money to go out and grab two or three good (Anibal Sanchez, Dan Haren, Edwin Jackson) free agents.
