Great post! I too am a "twins fan" and I will suffer through this year. Even when they are 20 games out, I will still get peeved when they can't get a runner in from 3rd base with less than 2 outs, still get frustrated when they play stupid, still get irritated when Joe hits into another double play, but I will always, always root for them!

I also reside in Ranger land. Twins will never let Mauer go, but the Rangers will need outfield help so I am thinking Span/Morneau for Jurickson Profar and that solves the middle infield problem for a long time.

Most important of all.... If I have to hear Hawk say "He Gone" one time when Frankie strikes out a Twin - I will throw my remote throught the TV.

Would it be out of the realm of hope to consider Wilkin Ramirez. With a .343/.363/.586 line he has to warrant a shot at some point. He would have to be added to the 40 man roster but he seems to be a legitimate option to handle right field.
