The Twins have had some recent success drafting out of the University of Alabama. Their top college arm in the draft this year is RHP Riley Quick. Like Prielipp, Quick has had his share of injuries in college, undergoing Tommy John surgery after one start in 2024. Could the Twins draft him and treat him as their right-handed version of Connor Prielipp?

Draft Gage Wood if he's available in the first round. We need to draft quality pitchers who aren't injury prone. We got enough injury prone players to go around.

Isn't Gage Wood the exact definition of a pitcher that is injury prone?

Glad they got Quick. He looks to have really good stuff.
