Woot! Awesome!

I love that blog -- it would be great if that person were on TD.

I'm curious about the question the way it was originally posed -- what does a manager do outside of games?

Sweetluis, thank you for posting all these summaries and updates. It's a treat to read them this morning after last night's game.

I'm excited to see Dozier play. I'm new to Baseball fandom -- can someone remind me what the implications are of the date of this call-up on Dozier's contract? I know there is a significant date related to how long the Twins control him, but don't remember what it is or why.

There've been a couple of nice double plays!

And it just got better!!

Awesome! So glad Gardy left Parm in.

Am I the only one who has to look twice when Doumit is hitting? With his helmet on, he looks like Kubel.

I really appreciate your podcast, and I just got my husband hooked on it too. Thanks for the work that obviously goes into it.

I'm going on Saturday, but like TFFA, I'm skipping the opener. There aren't any reasonably priced tickets for it, even on stubhub. I got tickets on the terrace level since it's under cover, just in case of rain.

I have really been enjoying the new site -- thanks for the great resources and all the work that has obviously gone into it. I am a relatively new baseball fan, and I come up with a TON of obnoxious newbie questions every time I read a blog post or forum thread. I hold back from asking them partly out of embarrassment, but also because I don't want to hold back the flow of the conversation by asking something like "I'm struggling to understand what pulling the ball means, I've googled and googled and I'm still confused. Can someone help me with that?" (for the record -- I figured that out last year, I'm just using it as an example here). So I was wondering if you might consider adding some sort of newbie's corner, which would be a kind of "safe place" to ask these kinds of questions, about baseball generally, and also about the Twins, without slowing down the flow of things in other forums.
