I always wanted Joe to succeed and want him to now with the HOF. But the reason that Molina and Posey will get in ahead of him is because they are leaders and had playoff success. For as talented as Joe was, he was not a leader, motivator, and was not clutch in big moments (see Kirby Puckett). I think eventually he'll get in, but it may take some time. Here's hoping its not Kaat and Oliva type of timeline.
