Mike Gonzalez back in the Midwest League after spending 2010 & 11 there. Don't think it's rehab, with Hicks & Vargas both at Ft. Meyers. Not to be heartless, but at 25 and having shown limited ability to stay consistent or healthy, it's time to stop taking AB's away from others who still have a chance to develop. Maybe they're just trying to give CR another weapon for the stretch run, with no expectation of him being more than just filler at this point.
