Did you all read about Sano getting head-hunted??

 

IMO, Sano is not being properly challenged at the A+ level. Maybe he is there for defensive work, but it is risky to keep him down where others' jealousy could threaten his career. Not to mention, his performance is awesome enough to warrant a hasty promotion.
