Listen I almost blame this season entirely on the players, but someone has to take the fall. Gardy did some wonderful things for the Twins, but he will be fired. Look at Francona, he won two world series and was let go. Ozzie Guillen was basically fired, and he won a world series. I know people will say how the Twins are such a loyal organization, but they fired Bill Smith. However if you replace Gardy with someone on the current staff that does nothing. It has to be someone who is a different. Obviously it would be great to get Francona and if you think about it Minnesota is a OK location for him. Great Ballpark, less media pressure, and superstar in Joe Mauer. No other team in baseball would keep there manager if he had back to back 90+ loses in a season. It is fair, maybe not but it is what should and will happen

Spring Training - Game 27 - 3/28/12 - vs Philadelphia

This team if healthy will have no problems scoring runs. Also remember this is basically the same starting staff that the Twins had in 2010. I know players have changed but whenever people give this team no chance they strive. Like in 08 after losing Hunter and Santana. 09 as well. I know it will be tough against the Tigers but the Twins have surprised us before. -
I think the Twins should either make Casilla or Carroll their utility guy and make Luke Hughes their staring 2nd baseman.
