Twins would have no interest for him this year, because they do not have the international pool money available.  They spent it all, and would not go that far over because would tie hands next year for international players.  Also, being a CF, of which we have depth right now he does not fit in too well to current needs.

Many MLB teams are pretty much ignoring the "pool money", the Dodgers being the leader.  For the right player, who seems to be at a discount right now, I don't know why the Twins would ignore the opportunity.  I question the Twins depth in CF.  Hicks has made progress, but still on the edge.  At this point, Buxton hasn't proven his ability to hit.
