Manfred is clueless.
He didn't want to set a precedent by vacating the title.
Instead he set the precedent that you can keep the title if you cheat.
He needs to be fired.
New commissioner needs to do the right thing and vacate the title.
After next week (Red Sox), there will need to vacate two titles.
