I have a 20 game ticket package this year so I'll say what I've experienced and echo a couple things here.
The weather in April sucked. Not going to expand on that.
Ticket prices are interesting. For example, I looked at Monday and Tuesday for the upcoming series next week against the Tigers and found many 300 level options for $10-$12 including fees. On the flip side of that, the game Saturday night was not part of my ticket package. A friend and I were very interested in going to the game. However, by the afternoon I could not find any ticket whatsoever below $35. I know Monday/Tuesday night games are not the same as Saturday night, but for reference the stated attendance for Saturday night was 22,939 (Target Field seating capacity is 39,504).
As also mentioned, concessions are a joke. It's out of hand how expensive they are. A cheeseburger and fries basket is $15. A chicken tender basket is also $13-$15. On Sunday at the game I went to the Soul Bowl stand and got one of those. That was $15 and unfortunately was not the quality I was expecting. Beers are all generally around $12-$13 I think. I got one of those big Truly cans on Sunday and it was $17/$18. Luckily, I have figured out how to use Twins Pay for my season ticket holder discount, but still. Concession prices are way too high
Attendance numbers don't quite match this statement but I will say Target Field has numerous areas to stand and watch the game other than your seat. People are definitely taking advantage of that too.

Not sure he is fine (yet), but it could also be as simple as he got used to saying nothing while out of touch, was super tentative in ST, then finally said something, saw a doctor, got a scan, and was told discomfort was coming from scar tissue, etc, and he couldn't damage it by playing. And got cortisone to deal with the immediate discomfort. (Having come back from a serious injury, it is fairly amazing the relief that comes from professional feedback like that. And how doubt can cripple/slow recovery if you aren't getting feedback.)

Why was Canterino taken out of the game after the 3rd inning? Did he throw a lot of pitches that inning?

I think they are taking it easy with him in the early going as he simply hasn't thrown many innings as a pro yet, but it could be an efficiency thing as well. After 11 pitches and 3 K's in the first, he threw 40 over the next two. He's thrown 45 (2 IP), 51 (1.2 IP), and 51 (3 IP) pitches in his outings thus far.

Tibs got a reaction from Karbo in CJ Cron vs. Miguel Sanó: Did the Twins Swing and Miss?
There is just no way the Twins would have come to a different conclusion. Hindsight is pointless in this situation.
That 2021 season you are touting as "one of the best seasons of his career" for Cron, he put up a 131 OPS+. Very good, still worse than the 139 OPS+ Miguel Sano put up in his 2019 season when they were on the same team.
A month ago, you wrote an article about the top 5 prospects in Twins history (you rank Miguel Sano #3). In the article, you state his top 100 peak was the #4 prospect in baseball, he was included on top 100 lists for five consecutive seasons, and multiple lists included him as a top-15 prospect for consecutive seasons. One of the best prospects in organization history hits 34 dingers in 105 games while putting up a 139 OPS+ in his age 26 season vs a 29 year old waiver claim who hit 25 home runs and had a 104 OPS+ in 125 games.
To even suggest the Twins should have made a different decision is preposterous. Just imagine what the reaction would have been to that.

Great detailed summary, Seth.  Thank you.  Two thoughts.  I remember last year when some folks were saying Rodriguez had so much swing and miss in his game that he would have trouble moving up in the organization (even though he was just a young kid in professional baseball for the first time and was so excited and anxious to do well). This is proof positive that we should not rush to judge prospects.  He is going to be a great player IMHO.  Second, I will say it again--the pitching depth in this organization is really special.  I wish people would forget about rating prospects as potential 1's or 2's or 3's, and just let the development process work.  We don't know who will be 1's or 3's or 5's until these kids have time to work on their game.  The best way to develop top of the rotation pitchers is to have a system filled with quality young arms.  We have that methinks.
