What MLB team is expecting the regular season to be "all hands on deck every day?" What fan of what MLB team is expecting that? Nobody who watches baseball regularly is expecting that. No team is fielding their regulars for any game in spring training to this point. The Rays didn't send a single major league position player to their game with the Twins Thursday. I mean you're just complaining about Spring Training in general here.
The difference between last year's shortened spring training and what the Twins are doing with a few players this year is that the Twins players have been in the complex for the full Spring Training, and they're all participating in activities. Hitting, running, fielding, pitching, everything. Buxton played in a minor league game instead of a major league game because the rules are different and he was allowed to bat 2nd every inning. Didn't have to follow the lineup. Could just step in there and hit when he wanted to. So he got more game action there than any major leaguer gets in any Spring Training game to this point of Spring Training. 
None of this means the Twins will have a healthier roster. They may still get hurt. But there's a big difference between you not seeing them play, and them not playing.

This team is comprised of icicles. If anyone thinks the regular season will be all hands on deck every day they are fools. They can't even field the regulars for 1 game in spring training due to injuries not completely healed from last year yet or from just being overly cautious. Wasn't the excuse for poor play at the start of the season last year due to a shortened spring training and yet here we are a year later and the regulars aren't playing every day getting primed for the regular season. When they start to fall like dominoes due to injuries again, the FO will have no one to blame but themselves for bringing in and sticking with injury prone players due to the cheaper cost of rostering players like them. When June or July rolls around and half the roster is on the IL they'll only have themselves to blame.

Blackout rules for mlb.tv might not be THE stupidest thing in professional sports but it's right up there.  Let's see....your sport is losing popularity.  So....let's make it HARDER for fans to see their team play.  Genius.

This is the chance baseball viewers have been waiting for. Knock on wood MLB takes this silver lining, puts a great product on the field, markets the hell out of the star players and the fans tune in like never before. No more Ballys, or FSNs or other kind of RSN crap with arcane broadcasting rules and hard to find broadcasts. If MLB doesn't want to take the reigns of broadcasting long term (though they should consider it), at least make this game attractive enough for Amazon or Hulu or someone to buy up everything, or at least everything not covered by teams with alternative broadcasting partners, and make an individual broadcaster a one-stop-shop, fees already included, destination for MLB games.

Actually, yes. I have no interest in spending literally $100 a month for a product I use to watch baseball and literally NOTHING else. 

This is weirdly(and sadly) the thing that has me most excited about watching baseball in years!

From what I have read (and some of it seems contradictory) the Twins games will be available. At worst, they will be streamed "free" via the MLB app.  
I haven't seen if you'll still have to pay the normal fees for said MLB app, or if a/the free version/level to get the "free" Twins stream.  From my  (limited) reading on the subject it sounds like it would actually  be free, MLB app (or some version of it) included.  This would cover all teams with a regional Bally network.
As an added bonus there would be no regional blackouts in this scenario, and MLB has promised repeatedly (or has been repeatedly quoted) as saying that the local announcer  and commentators will be retained.
The preferred option is for MLB to "supervise" each of the networks through the season, but that depends on how the bankruptcy court handles the question of Bally's assets.
Long answer short, we will be able to get the Twins games this year (reportedly) for no additional costs.  Where (TV, internet, smoke signals or whatever) still is unknown and until the bankruptcy court starts making decisions, unknowable.

There is still a lot of unknown for that.  There are many options.  One, Balley pays the teams but not their loans and keep showing games retaining rights.  Two, bankruptcy court does not allow the teams to back out of contracts when they are not paid and games are still shown by Balley.  Three, the Twins are able to back out of contract with Balley and sell their rights to highest bidder. Four, the Twins back out of contract and do not have anyone step up and MLB allows fans to stream on their app because there would be no blackout due to no local broadcast rights.  Manfred said that is the last option at this point, but did say they would do that at minimum.  I am sure it will require some level of subscription cost however.  

There were no factual arguments being made about Eddie Matthews and there was no sworn claim that he ever played only one position and was never moved for any reason.

I think that in the end it really comes down too who are they going to have at short, who at other infield positions, and who playing corner outfield spots. For now we are JUST FINE with Correa at short though.

People have been talking a lot about Bally going bankrupt, and MLB possibly terminating their contracts with Bally, and instead removing blackout restrictions on their app, but as a fan of the minor leagues, I am also exited that MLB tv is now officially broadcasting MiLB games on the app too. I have long wanted to watch saints or cedar rapids games, but unwilling to pay for the MiLB tv app which I would only use once in a while. The price for MLB tv went up 10$, but is is well worth it to be able to watch brooks lee and others work their way up to the bigs.

I think that Solano at his best could be a dollar-store version of Luis arráez, good contact, not much power. They are going to have a fun time trying to fit 36 players on the 26 man roster though.

But can Sano SING?  Sorry, couldn't resist....

I was a huge Miggy fan when he hit the scene.. then I could not understand why they kept him around at the end. 
That being said.. he really should sign a 2 year deal and learn how to hit the off-speed stuff and some discipline. Would be in his best interest!
