This really makes me laugh. Since July 17, Correa has had 5 days off for the All-Star break July 18-22, had Monday July 25, Thursday July 28, today, and tomorrow. That will be 9 of 22 days OFF!! Since the All-Star break, there were the 2 days off and today (for Correa) and tomorrow..... 4 of 17. And he will get another day off on Thursday - that will be 3 days off in 5 days! I hope a 27 year old athlete in his prime that gets to play baseball for work and gets paid $35 million a year for it can stand all the intense activity. We don't need him to be a robot, just a baseball player that wants to play and earn his $35 million,

Let's face the facts. Getting Mahle, who can pitch only once every 5 games will help but won't be a difference maker. Remember, he is theoretically replacing Winder/Smeltzer/Ober. Mahle has a 5-7 record and an ERA of 4.40 pitching for the Reds. Winder/Smeltzer/Ober combined this year were 9-7 with an ERA of 3.95. I hardly see that as an upgrade. In additon, getting Fulmer, and Lopez will help but they can't pitch every day, and we all know that Rocco has a plan of only using his starters for 5 innings max. Which means he will need at least 4 guys out of the pen every game, which also means guys like Pagan, Megill, and Duffey will still have to pitch in half the games.
Meanwhile the offense continues to be hit or miss on any given night. Arraez has done his part but Correa, Polanco, and Buxton had better start carrying this team offensively or the pitching additions won't matter.

Rocco talking about Pagan getting low leverage situations after his horrendous showing vs the Guardians was admirable but then you throw him in a 1-0 game in the 6th.  If low leverage means the inning you use him, then Rocco only got that part right.  1-0 lead isn't low leverage and Pagan did his thing by getting nailed when he needed to be the hammer.  Yes offense blows and the top of lineup sure hasn't lead the team when someone of them are suppose to be leaders. Buxton must feel sorry for Sano, because he sure has ben Sano-esque.  On to the next one hoping for different results once again. Can Twins ever win two in a row?

19 blown saves is pretty telling comment.  Imagine if you save half of the blown ones, your divisional lead is in the 8-9 game neighborhood.  Now if we were in that position, our trade deadline would have looked different for sure.  Not sure FO makes the moves to improve the pen.  One outing and I like it.  Biggest payoff is yet to be seen

I'm assuming your issues as stated are directed at TD posters in general and not me in particular as I did not mention Rocco in this post at all, only baseball managers in general.
Secondly, it's my understanding TD is a board for Twins fans to share their likes and dislikes, their ideas, their opinions and frustrations regarding the Twins in particular and baseball in general. Therefore I don't think it fair to categorize differing opinions and ideas as  "complaints" as if they should be automatically dismissed as niggling and not worthy of consideration.
Yes, the game has changed, but a number of fans don't like the way it's changed. Perhaps that's one of the reasons behind baseball's declining fan base. Can anyone of us change the trends? Probably not. Do we have to like all the changes in order to remain fans? No, we don't. Can we still express our dislikes and still be considered baseball fans? I should hope so. If not, I suspect there is no reason for TD and like platforms to continue to exist.

If a team has a guy that can go 6 or 7 innings without crossing the mythical 100 pitch barrier why wouldn't the manager let him do it? Of course the only way to find out if a pitcher can accomplish that rare feat is to let him pitch 6 or 7 innings.
What's next? Telling relievers they can't throw more than 15 pitches per inning? Batters are only allowed 7 swings per at bat?
Physical limits should be based on demonstrated physical performance, not artificial counts universally applied because it's the "in" thing. But that's just my opinion... out of step with the times, as usual.

Would be nice to see the front office own a mistake and do what is right.  Learn from your mistakes vs hiding from them and front office should do the same.  Pagan is a nervous option for all fans everytime he jogs onto the field.

Urshela not a 2nd stringer but Sanchez is 2nd string but has to be play 1st string role because all the guys being hurt has forced him to play everyday.  He is quite brutal at the plate.  Had one season hitting over .270 and that was what 4 years ago.  Career low .200's hitter at best and we see why Yankees were easily getting ridding of this guy

the comment about him still getting stretched out makes me laugh.  Dude has pitched 5 complete innings only 3 times.  He is at best a long reliever.  Combine Bundy and him as guys who should be pitch on the same day and you may only have to use 1 or 2 bullpen guys to finish the game.  But knowing you have to burn 5 guys when Archer pitches is blowing up a fragile bullpen already.  At least next year, those two guys won't be Twins

Archer is just plain brutal when you have to take into account you have to tax your bullpen everytime he gets the start.  He is 2-5 on the year and will most likely may get one win rest of the year.  Pretty easy to say that because he has only pitched thru 5.0 innings three times all year in 17 starts.  Three Times!  The front office basically promising him a starters bonus won't move his spot to the bullpen. He averages 4.0 innings a game.  Perfect spot for him to be long relief when Bundy is the starter.  Time to move on from the Bundy/Archer experiment and thank them for their service along with Pagan.  Move them by Tuesday, don't care how they leave
