1st off, I like Kepler, but not his play.  I think this is a truism for most of us.  However, I always thought he was a bit stubborn in his inability or desire to change his at bat approaches.  Rolling the ball over to the right side and pop ups are Kepler signature at bats.  For this reason his value serves as a negative to the younger players.  Adjustments, is what baseball is all about, and Kepler has never been able to embrace that aspect for any significant period of time.
It's time to cut bait with Kepler and move on.  Get what you can for him.  almost anything would be a plus for the Twins, right now.  The FO should not hold the rest of the team hostage, because of Kepler's contract, or some other reason they choose not to reveal.  There is no transparency when they discuss Kepler, or at least a transparency that is plausible.

Rocco marches to the beat of a far different drum, at times.  It will drive you crazy trying to follow his logic at times.  You just have to hope that when the smoke clears at the end of the regular season, we're in the playoffs.

Considering the quality of our bullpen, you are probably correct.

Why would Kepler get that close to the wall, based on the trajectory of the ball.  Kepler would have to be 17' tall and jump to catch that.  He completely misjudged it.  It was a line drive, not a fly ball.  Kap, Kep, Kep,  you wait til your father gets home.

We should know this guy.  Isn't this the 3 rd time he's pitched in this series?

Remember in Little League or even T-Ball when your coach would come out during your at bat, to say something to help you or your swing out? Twins needs one of their 3 hitting coaches to try that.

If Buxton or Correa can't muster at least a pinch hitting appearance, then they need to be IL'ed.  I do realize they may have to pinch run, and I don't think the Twins would use a pitcher.

I think Miranda would be a nice addition/project for another team, who has a solid mid-reliever, they're willing to part with.

I think AJ gets booed by his own family members.  He's got a personality that is very direct and can be considered abrasive or condescending.  He's changed from his playing days, somewhat.  But he's fun to listen to and often very spot on in his analysis.  If he was a wrestler, he'd make a great heel.
