Baseball Prospectus: Top 101 Prospects
http://www.baseballprospectus.com/ar...rticleid=19694
Another prospect list. This year, Jason Parks does the Baseball Prospectus 101. In previous years, this was Kevin Goldstein's list, but now that he's with the Houston Astros, he can't be doing this stuff anymore.
Here are the Twins ranked:
#8 Byron Buxton
#21 Miguel Sano
#46 Aaron Hicks
#60 Oswaldo Arcia
#64 Kyle Gibson
#88 Alex Meyer

Wow, Buxton one spot below Wil Myers. Maybe Parks is angling for a job in the Twins front office.

I've got to say Buxton at 8 and is pretty darn high. I would say too high and I am a huge Twins Prospect guy. I like that we got six in the top 101. Wonder where he had Rosario?

Also on bp today, a great article about the Twins rebuilding efforts this season. Calls rebuilding a bad word. http://www.baseballprospectus.com/ar...rticleid=19703

Twins are a little lower on this list than Baseball America, but still 6 is a good number. Mystery was why Sano dropped so far. Maybe they pay more attention to batting average or strikeouts plus fielding. Would like to see the metrics behind the rankings.
