One person on Twitter not happy about Gibson being ranked that high

Also Mayo just said that Buxton may have the most upside of any prospect.

Nervous that the only guys left to be named are Sano and buxton... I felt we would have maybe 1 or 2 in the 80-100 range.

50-100 have not been announced yet. That will be on mlb.com. But you are right that Sano and Buxton will probably be the only 2 left in the top 50. But still, 4 in the top 50 is pretty good.

They did release 51-100. Arcia is 93 and Hicks is 98. Rosario, May and Berrios do not make the list. I'm surpised Rosario doesn't make it. A little surprised about May. Berrios' not really, but his stock could skyrocked with a big 2013.

Thank you! I just realized that they were only doing the top 50. (Could have read the full title of Seth's blog) I completely agree that berrios will jump way up the list after a solid season (I believe in low A). Rosario is my favorite twins prospect and I feel he could have been a top 90 guy.

Rankings are merely rankings. They are fun to look at and discuss but nothing to get upset about. Reality is they don't hold much weight because of how often and how much players change throughout the course of a season and also the offseason.

Seems a little low for Arcia.

I thought that is pretty low for how big of a season Arcia had last year. Pretty surprised by it. Rosario is being held back by his defense I bet. If he has to move to the OF his bat doesn't play as well.
Do or do not. There is no try.
