I have made that trip quite a few times heading down to Disney with the kids. If you get time in Chattanooga the Incline railroad there up to Lookout Mountain is kind of cool. Be safe driving.

My wife and I just did that drive at the end of Sept/end of Aug. We were amazed at how nice TN is so be ready with your camera. Also, see if you can spot a Waffle House along the way. It's the opposite of Where's Waldo. Drive safely!
