Levi Michael was 3/5

Parmelee went 2/4... Gurerra struck out 2 in his one inning. Vargas homered again.

Summers went only 5IP again in his 3rd Ft Myers start....think they are winding him down innings wise already

Angel Morales was went 2-3 w/ a 3b and 2bb. Morales has been getting on base decently this month .350+ obp. Got to wonder what happened to him this season though, probably was playing through an injury. it sucks though because his overall stat line looks bad. He's a 6th year free agent after the season ,but i hope they bring him back because he still has upside and if his walk drawing ability sticks he'll be worthy to keep.

Adam Walker went 3-5 w/HR 4rbi. Now slugging .500 & is 3rd in App Lg in HRs (8) & RBI (32...behind teammates Romy Jimmenez/Max Keplar).
Soon to be a very top prospect IMO.....possibly 2nd to Sano in power potential currently.

I think the Twins offers Morales a contact and he turns them down. The twins will need outfielders in AA with Hicks, Benson, Bigley, and Tosoni all needing to go to AAA. But he's now 8th on the outfield depth chart, and not a lot of room to leap frog people in the Twins System. Could still be a great player, just not with the Twins.

Morales is finishing his 3rd yr (one partial, one injury riddled) yr in High A & still hasnt shown he can handle that level.

As he's a FA, & 4 outstanding OFs coming up from ELIZ/GCL to Beloit....Ft Myers may have to be an option for him as a backup who plays more if he contributes, but no guarrantees.
MiLB rates him as 9th best MN prospect....but thats got to be about over

I would be very hesitant to anoint Walker as a top prospect. As a college hitter he should be doing this in the Appy League. This has happened for several players before that were never heard from past Beloit.

I agree 100% with ya that nobody should be taken too seriously till they get to at least Beloit, wouldnt say past tho.
Walker is also only 20 this entire yr, so he's not an old college player....that I love. Like him more as he's a 3rd round pick, not a double digit pick guy dominating
Better to put up huge numbers in ELIZ than not.
