DSL Starting today.
Argenis Silva, the 16 year old Venezuelan pitcher is the one I'll be keeping an eye on most. He seems to have the most upside. I know there are a couple Dominican pitchers who signed to 6 figures this off season. Miguel Ganzalez signed for $650k so he should be watched closely. Also Sebastian Perez, who just turned 17, got a nice bonus but I can't remember exactly what it was. Who am I missing? I don't really know of any position players worth watching but I'm sure there are a couple.

Silva signed for $370K. Perez got $300K.
SS Jonatan Ynojoso signed for $100K in 2009. Others that were signed this past winter - but don't appear on the roster - are Ps Fernando Romero ($260K) and Felix Jorge ($250K).
