The one who surprised me the most was Dan Osterbrock. He fit the mold of the Twins pitching. Throw strikes and keep the ball moving. I just don't get that; but I also did not get the Pedro Guerra release either. I guess the Aaron Thompson signing has directly affected Osterbrock...
Good luck to all of them
I will completely give up if Alex Burnett makes this team and is not optioned back to Rochester.
I really wish I had the inside scoop on Christensen, I know it's E-Town, but he looked really good (at least to get a shot in Beloit).
Bumming for Schuld. I was hoping he'd continue to advance. Seems very quick hook.
A couple of surprises but I wish them all the best. I hope some of them can hook on with a new team.
The Holbrooks one surprises me. I know he had a bad year, but he seemed to have a lot of attributes that would make him successful.
Osterbrock topped out at what 85-87 MPH on a good day? so unless he spent an entire off-season be-friending and working out with Jamie Moyer, Livan Hernandez he wasn't going to amount to anything.
Blayne Weller was my suprise just because of youth, what's he going to do know with no college? the former H.S. draft pick would have to catch on with somebody else i would think. but Yeah Holbrooks a little bit too, he probably deserved 1 more shot.
