Very nice blog. One good thing about independent baseball, is that it gives those who are cut a second chance. There are success stories that come out of those leagues.

Thanks for the update. I like how you pointed out the balance between working on your weaknesses while still trying to perform well enough to make a team. I think that would make spring training very hard on someone whose spot on the roster is not a given.

Love the optiminism, 147 games has to include some in the playoffs?
