I'm sure that's what he meant. We all have "math" moments.

Cut Doyle. He's getting knocked around already today.

I would have liked to see Guerra a little longer. As was noted, this is his last option year, I would have liked to let him pitch against the big boys if only for another week to get as much experience as possible. His K/9 rate really improved after his conversion to full time releiver last year and he still had the respecable BB/9. He may be about to turn the corner.

Wow, Thrylos's spreadsheet with the three colors happens to have nailed the four position players who were cut. Exactly four guys are in red, all four are cut. (Butera and Florimon were green in today's game to bring themselves to yellow for the Spring, somehow "justifying after the fact" these roster decisions.)

On the pitching side, it wasn't quite as accurate, with some guys in yellow going down and guys in red continuing for a few more days at least.

I think that it was a coincidence I figured that probably no green guys would be cut (other than Hendriks maybe) yet, but it is good to see that the Twins are keeping the best performers in camp. I still think that someone like Bulger, would have a hard time to stick around
