This one is a no brainer. Kipnes easily has the biggest upside of the group and has star potential written all over him. When I was in Cleveland for the Twins series in August last year, I saw one of the wittiest signs in a while. It read "We are all Kipnesses" of course in reference to the former Lebron ad campaign.

Seth, is this about upside or who we think will have the best season in 2012? If it is the later, just may be Casilla.
