It seems to me like there was another incident recently where someone ran through a sign at third but I can't remember who it was. Can someone refresh my memory?

Just interested to see if this is a "Plouffe gaffe" or if Liddle needs to be more obvious. (Very glad that it didn't cause them to go yet another inning.)
