I've been thinking about a Rosario promotion for a while now as well. My only complaints are his baserunning and fielding this year. It would be pretty cool to have him play alongside Arcia.

"Yeah, my name's Eddie Rosario . . . and I know where I was drafted and I know where Byron Buxton was drafted, and I know so many of you think that he is a better prospect . . . but here it is . . . I am currently the best all-around hitting prospect in the Twins organization. And I am trying to play second base."

Mr. Tonkin continues to improve. Also a promotion candidate.
41Ks in 33.1IP , 29H .232 BAA 1.96 ERA. 1 HR allowed, 9 BB

My opinions...
YHIMH - Arcia will be in NB before long; Rosario and Sano will be moved together (and probably slowly).
Shane - I agree with almost everything you're saying, but Buxton's ceiling is higher, so he's my #2. Rosario has definitely helped his prospect-standing, so I bet we see him in the 50s on major prospect lists over the winter.
Mr. Ed - If any pitching draftees are moved to Beloit's pen, I think Tonkin and Achter both move up. The problem is the cluster of pitchers on FM's DL... where do all those pitchers go when healthy?

I can normally understand why certain players are kept at a lower level, but for the life of me, I don't understand why Michael Tonkin is still in Beloit. Makes no sense to me.

I remember when people wanted Hicks and Morales to get moved up together..this is a similar case. Sano just isnt hitting consistently while Rosario is. Sano is a year younger than Rosario. I think Rosario is almost ready to go up.

I don't think it's a matter of us "wanting" them to move together. It's the reality.

I would agree that Rosario is pretty close to ready for a promotion. I would disagree that Sano is pretty close to a promotion.
