You can criticize PJ Walters for not having a "quality start," but I'll tell you one thing: Every time PJ Walters has taken the mound for the Twins, he's brought respectability. Maybe that's a new stat - a "respectable" start. That' when you give up less than five runs in five innings. The Twins have been missing respectable starts for awhile now. Too darn many big innings for the opposition, not enough damage control. So far, PJ Walters has brought a respectable game to the mound for this team.

I don't know of anyone who has criticized Walters for not having a quality start. Pointing out that a AAAA pitcher has been really good so far and thrown quality starts each previous time out is more of a compliment.

I don't think that Seth meant to criticize the "Wall." The fact is that his string came to an end. And jimbo I totally agree with you that the Wall deserves appreciation for his "respectable" starts. I wish that we could clone him.

Quick note (And I know that those scores are hard to find) : The DSL Twins in their opening day (at home) blanked the DSL Orioles 5-0. Lots of return players and some really good first timers. That would be a great team to follow.

It's a hot streak sure, but Arcia should realistically be on the verge of a promotion. .328/.381/.536 and his glove and arm have been excellent. He's spent quite a deal in Ft. Myers already, so why not?
