what does the organization think of Steve Hirschfield???? After last yrs more than solid first 4 months...nothing. No promotion & again he's more than solid. Do they just put him in the Slama camp??

To some degree, yes. I think there is question about how his stuff will do as he moves up. He was also hurt down the stretch last year. I think that if he was scheduled to pitch tomorrow or Tuesday, he may have been the guy promoted to start on Monday. But they didn't know before his start yesterday that Rochester would need a starter.
