Mike Berardino posted a couple of information blog postings yesterday:

Minnesota Twins: Prospect Alex Wimmers has surgical procedure on elbow - TwinCities.com

Alex Wimmers had a surgical procedure on his elbow which is not unusual for those who have had Tommy John surgery. He says he should be ready for spring training.

Trevor May has some biceps tendinitus and may be shut down, though they'll determine that after giving him some rest.

Kohl Stewart didn't pitch in Instructs, just rehabbed a sore shoulder.

2.) Twins baseball: Prospect Miguel Sano sits because of sore elbow - TwinCities.com

Miguel Sano "felt a little something" in his elbow and will be re-evaluated next week.

None are considered serious at this time. Will be interesting to follow.

My bigger concern is the names, not the injuries.

Seth, what was he dea with Buxton sitting out all the games down in AFL? minor injury? Didn't see any press about it.

He hurt his non-throwing shoulder in a batting practice. Took a week off. Came back with a HR in his first AB.

Hope we hear more about the Sano issue, I certainly don't like mysterious elbow soreness.

He dealt with a tired elbow during this season too. I'm guessing it's just being cautious, but, yeah, you can never be happy to hear about an elbow issue.

If it persists, I would expect the move across the diamond happens, though that would be low on the Twins Christmas list.
