Well, for me, a sappy Hallmark movie is a better excuse for tears than the Twins game.

I ran out of tears two months ago.

Yes, exactly ... no crying in baseball ... which is why I watch a sappy, heart-wrenching/breaking movie to cover myself.

Man the Rockford Files are on and I'm watching the Twins. How stupid is that?

If you don't know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else.

It's hard to watch this game when there are football games on. Especially when fantasy football games are on the line.

You can come up with statistics to prove anything. Forty percent of all people know that.

Each game is worse than the last.

Then enjoy today's game. Tomorrow they play the Tigers, who will not take it so easy on them.

Yup. I have tickets for tomorrow night's game. It's going to be interesting.

At this point ... getting the 3 Gardy needs looks damn near impossible.

I've never watched it, the Interwebs spoiled the ending for me.

Dozier seems to believe this game is not done.

And Arcia seems to have forgotten that he needs to stay on the base.

Oy ... what's really embarrassing is when the announcers for the other team call your team's bad base running as embarrassing.

Ugh ... sigh ... waaa ... hate watching other teams celebrate.

Edit: And no, that 'waaa' wasn't crying, just one big huge pout.

I dunno. A's go on the road for their next game. Kind of being a spoilsport to deny their fans the chance to enjoy. Witness the tomfoolery when the Dodgers clinched on the road and the hosts got pissy about letting them celebrate on the field.

Could be a really bad week for you.

Congrats to the A's. As for the Twins, my new policy goes back to the old adage, if you can't say anything good .... (although despite his baserunning, Arcia did get me a boatload of points in "pick the stick" today).
