Wilkin Ramirez' season is probably over and the same is likely true for Samuel Deduno. Ramirez has a fractured left tibia and Deduno has a sore shoulder. Ramirez was replaced by Darrin Mastoianni, while the nominal replacement for Deduno is lefty Pedro Hernandez. If Rochester doesn't make the playoffs, someone on their team and on the 40-man roster can take Deduno's spot in the rotation (De Vries or Diamond).
