2. Think about Doubleheaders... It makes a great Friday. Not just one...But two games. Baseball is the greatest game in the World. Let's see those pansy Viking players play two games in one day.

Another excellent point!
Clearly baseball is the best game in the world.

Not that I blame the fans here, but the stadium is really empty

Two bottom of the barrel teams playing a meaningless makeup game in mid-August in the day time. It does kinda figure.

Is is safe to say that Dozier has been the Twins' best player since the All-Star break and it isn't close?

Not sure about that. However...

Dozier has an OPS against RH pitchers of .654.
He has an OPS against LH pitchers this year of .963 (coming into this game).

He has an overall OPS of .785 in the last 28 days.

Better than I had dared hope after April and May.

I guess even an almost perfect Summer afternoon doesn't do much for a 43-69 team.

Lead off double... wasted.

I'm only listening on the radio. Do I actually have anything to be angry about?

You can come up with statistics to prove anything. Forty percent of all people know that.

I don't think so. Excellent play by Ramirez. Hard hit, diving stop. Most times thats into left field.

They just posted the video of the play on gameday. I can't be angry about the play anymore.

I will, however, continue to be just as angry because I'm stuck at my desk at work.

You should just make this statement your signature. If you don't, I might as well do it.

I would, but I don't want to draw attention to my really bad ones.

I have a hard time figuring out which ones are yours are good ones and which are the bad ones.

I just watched a replay of Colabello smashing a HR and have to say I love the sound his bat makes when it hits the ball.

Yeah... I'd blame the Empty Seats.

Yeah, he hung that one up in the zone. I couldn't help but take a swing at that one.

I love it. It will be interesting to see if he hits that same HR at Target Field. In TF that is a tough shot.

Uppercut swing?
