Interesting report, Cody. The injury to Arcia is concerning -- I hope that it turns out to be minor.

AA & AAA are severely lacking in OF depth right now

May is doing ok. But I would like to see a few more punch outs.

Something tells me May finishes the season as a starter, but becomes a potential closer next year due to his inability to master the control of multiple pitches. I'm just spitballing here, but I think he has to work too hard to try and mix things up over multiple innings, and will be much better suited to just come in and rock & fire for one inning at a time.

Lucky for the Twins, Arcia got hurt after his demotion. Had it happened at the MLB level this would still count against his service time.

Saying "The Tigers offense pounced on Mike Pelfrey" isn't quite a fair assessment to me. He looked solid for most of the start, but got into trouble in the 6th inning and the bullpen didn't come through for him.

Any word on the extent of Arcia's injury?
