Chris Sale threw a slider to Emilio Bonifacio in yesterday's game that broke down and in so hard it ended up hitting Bonifacio in the inside of his right knee, right on the fat part. I think Bonifacio ended up scoring in that inning, Jays won.

There's no team I wish the Twins to pummel more than the Whitesox. I want the Twins to make the Pale Horse squeal.

Game tonight has already been cancelled. Which sucks cuz I have tickets. Pretty shocked they called the game so early considering the weather here isn't all that bad...

It isn't even raining that's the thing. I mean it's chilly but come on...the Twins, the Rockies...they've been playing in snow!

Agreed. I love watching the Twins beat the Whitesox more than any other team. It may be because I have a friend that is a die hard Whitesox fan, and I love rubbing a Twins win in his face... or maybe I'm just a horrible friend.

You can come up with statistics to prove anything. Forty percent of all people know that.

Cant do it... Warm up your small talk...

For the awkward moments... For conversation starters... Throw out lines like:

Sure wish I was In Hawaii right now.

So this is April... At least... That's what the calender says.

How long have you worked here?

These drinks come in glasses way to small. Do you think it would be OK if I just carried around a bottle.

So when is the baby due? Have you picked out names yet? Your not pregnant... I'm sorry about that. Can I get you a drink or something?

Can I ask you something... what's your favorite vegetable? And it has to be green.

Are those your real teeth?

Do you ever have strange dreams about Bob Eubanks or Bob Barker?

You should be arrested for attempted murder of snepp, because his wife would likely kill him if he followed your advice.

She probably would have never never known, but I told her anyway.

(I consider it a "purchase" of bonus points. The time will come where I cash in two or three times over.)

Not that I think they should have cancelled, because I don't ... but sitting in either stadium in Chicago this time of year with any kind of wind is colder than sitting in Minnesota this time of year. The wind off the lake goes to the bone. It's f-ing cold ... snow or no snow.

Usually I just fall back on "because I don't want to," but I got hit unusually hard with the guilt trip this time.

To top it off I closed a car door on my finger when I got home. Thankfully the copious amounts of liquor dulled the pain.

FOX game = no Hawk, right? Of course that could just mean an afternoon of Mitch Williams.

No sure what to hope for.

There is no May and Mayer. They're made up.

Who leads the Twins in home runs after this series? Does Arcia have more hits than Hicks when the series is over? Do the Twins get at least one win and stay ahead of the Sox in the standings? Do the Twins get two wins and leave Chicago with a winning record?

Here are my predictions--Parmelee goes deep twice and takes the team lead in HRs or at least a share. Arcia gets three hits in two games and Hicks only gets one, so Arcia will have four and Hicks three. The Twins split the series and leave Chicago with a 7-8 record. Bonus prediction: Vanimal will be much better, but get a loss today.

This has been a strange thread. I like what stringer bell is laying down. I'm just hoping that I will see something from Worley that will help me understand the Revere trade.
