Cubs acquired LHP Andrew Chafin from the Diamondbacks for a player to be named or cash.

 

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports that the Phillies are getting reliever David Phelps from the Brewers.

 

Kevin Pillar has been traded to the Rockies for a player to be named later and international slot money, per MLB.com's Mark Feinsand.

The Cubs have acquired left-handed reliever Josh Osich from the Red Sox for a player to be named later, per Jon Heyman of MLB Network. Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic first suggested Osich would likely end up as a Cub.

 

The Reds have picked up outfielder Brian Goodwin from the Angels, The Athletic’s Ken Rosenthal reports (via Twitter).

Looks like the Padres and Blue Jays made out best. The Yanks and Twins both did nothing. The Mets have made some late deals for Todd Frazier and Robinson Chirnos. Sometimes teams doing nothing make out better but both the Yanks and Twins need to get healthy or they are dead

Clevenger was really the only big name moved today. I would have taken David Phelps though. Not surprised about the lack of league-wide activity though.
