heard on the radio today, that Walz is thinking of a mask in public order, doesn't that basically end the season of all sports (young and old)?

Baseball fields are private venues. I would assume as long as fans aren't there that law wouldn't apply.

thanks, there won't be fans so it doesn't matter, by would that matter? So you are saying the order would be if you are outside your house/yard by not in a private business?

And then you have the case of Carlos Carrasco, opting to play while battling leukemia.Yikes.Wish him the best.

Michael Kopech - Certainly the one with the most affect on the Twins, so far.

Restaurants and bars are private venues too. So are most health clubs.

Yet, by the end of the week I guarantee there will be a statewide mask order in place for them.

Restaurants and bars might not be a good parallel, but a health club is. It’s easy enough to be socially distant in that setting provided equipment is far enough apart.

Additionally, several states are in far worse shape than Minnesota. If the governor of California gives it thumbs down, there are 5 more teams scrambling for a place to play.

A bit off-topic, but 11 umpires have also opted out so far.

I always wanted to know what it would be like to simultaneously experience the 1918 flu,  Great Depression, and 1968 mass protests while Andrew Johnson was president.
