I will tell you all that Josh Donaldson is brilliant when he does speak. It's awesome!

 

However, Donaldson is also a guy who is not the first to jump forward to speak, so having him mic'd up can seem forced 4 times out of 5.

Only thing more entertaining than watching a runner carrying a piano on his back, is hearing him talk about the journey in real time.

 

It was just a spring game, so, ok, I guess. Felt more like a beer-league experience than major league, tbh.

Its fine in Spring Training when the games don't count.If integrated into the regular season, I'm afraid it would quickly become as boring and tedious as post game interviews.Let the boys concentrate on the game at hand. Entertain us with the play on the field.
