I'm mystified how a team like the White Sox can have so many excellent players but lose so much. Was this the Twins just a few years ago?

Don't know if Arraez needed to jump there.

I really wish we would stop throwing infielders into the outfield.

I think that it hurt his timing to jump

10 of the 16 ChiSox pitchers have ERAs over 5.

Imagine what they'll be like if they can get some just mediocre arms.

he hasn’t that bad very frequently. If this is to continue next year, he gets some time in LF in the offseason

Same to be said about Rosario too.

Maybe Falvine can get a two for one at drive-line or whatever

Eddie needs to be in LF, but at least Arraez did not run full speed into the wall and knock himself out! I see Jake's got his usual game going...

I really wish the outfielders we have would stop getting hurt. But I didn’t find a genie lamp, so...

Wow! This really is a magical day!

Just checked in, and saw the Tigers scored an actual run!!:jump:

(Oops, so did the Sox...)

But magic number? It's a lucky one!

Mauer 7

Nova is out already?

He started on on the 15th and got knocked out pretty early so they put him out there as an opener.

Scheduled bullpen day for him. He pitched three days ago.

That might be an accurate observation.

Steve Stone talked about this stuff in his opening monologue when the series began. The topic was how bad the Sox record was when they don't hit a HR, (something like 11-50), but he branched off into how many stupid mistakes they make on the basepaths and in the field.

Then, lo and behold, Moncada has that game where he gets thrown out, picked off, and loses the plot on Arraez' cue shot. This team, like a lot of bad teams, is its own worst enemy.
