How should the Twins approach their pitching depth

.......but if you don't make a serious run at being a MUCH better team, the easiest way to fix the logjam is to embrace the rebuild and trade Gibson. 

 

Another rebuild? Are we still rebuilding? Is there ever and end to the rebuild?

If they don't try to win this year, is it better to keep, or trade, Gibson? I hate waiting more for winning....but as I said, if they aren't SERIOUS about winning, why keep him for 1 more year?

 

I prefer they add players, players they believe in for years to come, not 5 guys on 1 year prove it deals.......but do we really think they'll do that?

Need to commit to a direction and stick to it.

With approximately 3 players on veteran contracts for 19 and 75-80 mil in salary, it seems like a stretch to make a push for contention in 19, doesn’t it?

Depth in numbers, dearth in quality.

 

This is not the makings of a big league pitching staff.
