According to the above article, Miguel Sano was in a traffic incident early this morning in the Dominican Republic. The police officer is in the hospital.

The article notes that he was arrested, but he has been released... Though he'll have to be in court on Monday.

I'm sure there will be more news coming.

At the rate he's going, we don't have to worry about trading him for pennies on the dollar, he'll just be released.

Hopefully he was just in the car and wasn't driving but either way this doesn't look good.

I really doubt the FO would do that, especially when they can just involve him in a multi-player deal.

I wish that there was some way to persuade Sano to stay at Ft. Meyers during the off season. He could work out, eat healthy food and hopefully tap his full potential.

I don't have to tell you it goes without saying there are some things better left unsaid. I think that speaks for itself. The less said about it, the better. -- George Carlin

I posted this as an article and will update it on the front page... It's definitely a huge story and warrants the article.

Indeed. Further comments encouraged here, instead.
