They've partially been phoning it in the last two games, but I do wonder if the league has figured out Keenum now. It seems they're collapsing the pocket on him so he can't escape and make the downfield throws he thrived on in the mid-to-late part of the season when the offense looked so sharp.


That's a fair concern. Our offensive line has been dinged up a lot lately which may be why the passing pocket hasn't been as clean. We should get Elflein back, which is huge.


Keenum's downfield throws haven't been sharp in a while either. His accuracy in general concerns me. I hope the offensive has just been going conservative the past few weeks so as to not show too much heading into the playoffs. I hope they turn it on in the playoffs because I don't want the game coming down to late field goals...

I think what he's referring to is teams the last two weeks have basically lined up in a wide 9 and showing Keenum there is nowhere to run outside the pocket and then they work to collapse it.


It takes away a major strength of his for sure.
