The Adopt-a-Prospect forum is now a sub-forum of the Minor League forum. Since the prospects are all minor leaguers we wanted to connect it somehow to the minor league forum. It just makes too much sense. We also hope to increase visibility and traffic. If anyone who likes to check out what's up in the minor leagues and your favorite prospects, we wanted to try and make it easier to go back and forth to keep up on things. And if you have any questions about individual prospects find their thread and contribute to the discussion by asking what you want to know.

If you haven't already adopted a prospect, there are still many remaining ... even some of the highest rated. If you are intrigued but unsure, go and check out some of the write ups posters have created on their adopted prospects. You can also adopt as many as you want.

Let us know what you think of this new arrangement!

The layout looks good on an iPad, but on mobile it looks a little out of place above the Create a Forum button...

Guess I'm just conditioned to think that's ad space on most every site out there that it took me a second to find the subthread there.

If this improves the Adopt A Prospect process and participation, then I am all for it. I am not sure what has happened to cause this forum to nose dive the last couple of years but I am encouraged that there is at least more participation than last year.
