It would be nice if the A's imploded like the Raiders do.

Yeah, on board with that, but only to a point. Will the implosion consume Earth the way that the ketchup packet blob drew the planet Vulcan into that black hole thingie?Have a Great Clips coupon and 'Menards' 11% off shopping list that I'd like to take advantage of before it's over.

I'm glad I didn't vote for you in the last election. I live in Pacific Time, and nothing is more annoying than East Coast games that start at 4 pm. So take it like men (and women). Get your teddy bears out and makes yourselves a hot cocoa, it's going to be a late one.

Mmmm, hot cocoa. Although that tends to make me sleepy, but still mmmm.

At a minimum they could do a special dispensation so that the Saturday games could start earlier than 6 p.m. West Coast.

Bah, humbug.

East coast, west coast or in between, if y'all were true fans it wouldn't matter when the team played, you'd just be there. :)

I'm gonna role the dice and say the Twins kick some Oakland A this evening. Vargas hits 2 jacks and pumps up us Twins Masochists... I mean fans. Tonight is not Kazmir's night.

I must admit, deep down inside me, in a place I do not try to access often, where feelings are sent to die or are repressed - I hope the A's win the whole Sha-Bang this year.

Major League Baseball is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

Well RB, we could go back to the old Roman timekeeping - hours after sunrise, hours before midday, hour after midday, etc. It would be just like the Colosseum to suddenly do that. :)

Does being a native of your assumed time zone diminish my vote? Please say yes.

Depends on the assumed time zone. If you are Pacific time Zone. Your vote has .125 value.

Central Time Zone votes are full value.

Meh. Just switch everybody to UTC. Then no one will know when it is.

My last Election... My name was mis spelled on the ballot. It should have said Riverbrian but somehow it was spelled Mondale

Tried that on one of my customers earlier this week. He was not amused.

At work... I always need to ASAP information from New York at 5PM and ASAP info from Los Angeles at 8AM.

So... Like always I'm forced to make up stuff on reports due right now.

Meh. Just switch everybody to UTC. Then no one will know when it is.

Perfect... So it's 1:48AM right now and it's 1:48 around the entire world. Everybody is sleeping and we all go to work at the same time.

In 6 hours we gotta be at work.

Hopes for today fall on the shoulders of Kyle Gibson. He needs to hold down the A's and somebody needs to supply offense.

Supplying Offense is the key. If you are holding someone down... It easiest if someone else took his wallet while you do.

Yeah but you have to reset your watch and you threw away the instructions on how to do that when you threw away the box it came in... About a day after you bought the watch and used the instructions to set it for the first time.
