I continue to not be concerned about Nunez defense.

Back to work. Hope the Twins rally for a half dozen, but I'll settle for getting the lead.

...Brian...Brian...Brian I can't find you in the gameday crowd can you wave?

If you don't know where you are going, you might wind up someplace else.

I can deal with a tie for now.

You can come up with statistics to prove anything. Forty percent of all people know that.

And remember: With a tie you can get into any restaurant.

I tried this theory out once. Turns out you need a shirt, pants and shoes as well for this to be true.

Hello, I must be going. Back to work selling fine-quality clothing at ridiculously low prices. Amazed we stay in business. Go Twins!

Is Swarzak on any kind of pitch count for the game today?

  • Rhett Bollinger ‏@RhettBollinger 7m
Anthony Swarzak is back out there for the fifth inning. He's at 61 pitches. His previous season high was 52. Still tied 1-1.

  • Mike Berardino ‏@MikeBerardino 47m
Swarzak on spot start: "I’ve never been a big pitch count guy, so I’ll leave it at that. I’m going to throw until I can’t throw anymore."

Don't know what the manager has in mind.

Would have to think he is done for the day. Couldn't have asked for much better.

I have really liked Swarzak's quotes - he was on the post game last night and said he's been waiting for his chance to start again and he wasn't planning on wasting it. Good attitude for him to have. Don't think it will translate to a regular gig for him, but it's been a good showing so far.

That's a costume? I kind of always assumed it was a real bear.
