I'm dying to know. Ash, was your curtain shopping trip fruitful?

Wow! my wife just pointed out how gay my last post was.

I'm just getting a black screen, no please stand by, no nothing.

That sounds like it's blacked out in your area. Since I don't know your area, I can't even guess as to why that would be.

If Ash says that they bought Curtains with fruit on them... That would be just incredible.

It will also signify advanced age and Doilies on the furniture.

Since I was b*tching about the humidity and heat the other day, I'll just say that today was a PERFECT summer day (okay a little windy but that's normal).

And RB, wondering if there were any Hershey's bars and graham crackers in that bed to go with the marshmallow.

Unfortunately No... Maybe tonight if I dream S'more.

Why? The dude is hitting 300.

I also am happy with Suzuki at 3rd for that exact reason.

I imagine there is a general belief though, that 3rd and 4th batters should be greater power threats, perhaps?

Doilies on the furniture.

Dollies on the furniture? Sounds interesting.

You don't have to capitalize doily. :)

Or Curtains... And Ash is even questionable.

2 for 2 on stolen bases.

At least one thing seems to be going well.

It's nothing against Suzuki...it's pretty sad situation for a major league team to be in a position where a 30 yr old with a career .691 OPS, without a season of even a 100 OPS+ to his credit, is hitting third. Third is where your best hitter usually slots. The Twins have a guy hitting third tonight who has 3500 PAs under his belt of below major league average hitting. Think about that. Their three hitter isn't even an average major league hitter.

There are some talent deficiencies in this organization, IMO.

Young takes 15 seconds to unfold and deliver to the plate. Kendry might get a steal today if he ever gets on.

Let's hope so. Some sort of shootout might be our best shot at scoring.
